Our large vacation apartment (120 sqm.) is located on the second floor of Palazzo Fassitelli and can be reached through the atrium.

From the beautiful rooftop terrace you can enjoy the magnificent view of the hilly landscape of Le Marche.
Our roof terrace is equipped with two tables, six chairs, a deck chair and an umbrella.

The living room
The beautifully furnished and very spacious living room (32 sq. m.), is equipped with a large dining table for eight people, a fireplace, a chest of drawers, a satellite TV ( 40 Zoll- 40 inch), a sofa, two armchairs, a showcase, a stereo system with CD player and speakers, a bookcase with books in German, Italian, French and English, and some children’s books.
The highlight of the cozy and stylishly furnished living room is the piano, which is available to you as guests.

The kitchen
The kitchen is fully-equipped with everything needed for cooking: Gas stove with extractor hood, oven, refrigerator with freezer compartment, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker, kettle, cookware.
Dishes, cutlery and glasses are enough for 8 people.
Next to the kitchen is a small room with a washing machine and sink. From here you can reach the roof terrace via a spiral staircase.

The Bathrooms
Our apartment in Le Marche has two bathrooms. Both with windows. Each bathroom has a toilet, shower, bidet, sink, cabinet and hair dryer.

The Baroque Room
This bedroom is furnished with beautiful Baroque furniture with its fine ceiling frescoes.
The Baroque room is 20 square meters and has a large double bed for two people. It is equipped with air conditioning, two bedside tables, a closet, a chest of drawers, a chair and a luggage rack.
A bed can be added in this room.

The room with frescoes
During renovations, ceiling frescoes dating back to the 17th century were rediscovered in this room. After careful restoration, it is now possible to see two cupids-two graceful putti. This bedroom is 20 square meters. Large double bed for two people.
The fresco room is furnished with air conditioning, two bedside tables, a chest of drawers, a closet, a desk with chair, and a luggage rack.

The smallest of the bedrooms has a double bed for two people, measuring 140 cm x 200 cm.
