Our lovingly restored vacation apartment is located on the 1st floor of the historical Palazzo Fassitelli, in the heart of the small village of Cossignano, in the beautiful region of Marche.

Palazzo Fassitelli is located directly in the charming old town of the small village of Cossignano. Our stylish and newly renovated vacation apartment for 6 (up to max. 8) people is located on the second floor.
Palazzo Fassitelli is located directly in the main square of the medieval village of Cossignano. The charming village is picturesquely situated on a hilltop and offers a splendid view of the Gran Sasso (Abruzzo) and the Sibillini Mountains all the way to the Adriatic Sea.
Cossignano, which has a population of about 1,000, is surrounded by the hilly landscape of the Marches with vineyards and olive trees.
The apartment belongs to the Massi family, who runs a small organic winery, Azienda biologica Fiorano, nearby.
To explore our beautiful area, there is the possibility, to rent e-bikes in Cossignano. On the outskirts of the village there is a tennis court that you can reserve.
Since the Palazzo is located in the main square of the old town, you can participate in the daily life of the Italian villagers. In the immediate vicinity are the church and the town hall. A pub, two supermarkets, a store for homemade pasta specialties and a pharmacy are within a three-minute walk. The nearest bakery can be reached in five minutes on foot
The surrounding restaurants offer typical regional dishes and specialties at reasonable prices. Very popular with our guests is the village’s own pizzeria, which offers superb pizzas for pick-up.
In about 20 minutes by car you can reach the restaurants by the sea, which offer excellent seafood entrées

Our vacation apartment
Our newly renovated vacation apartment on the second floor is very spacious (120 sqm – 1290 SF) and offers space for 6 adults ( + max. 2 extra beds for children).
Our spacious apartment is located on the second floor of the Palazzo Fassitelli and can accommodate 6 people. Two children can still be accommodated on an extra bed.
The apartment has a cozy living room (32 sq.m. – 344 SF) with open fireplace, piano and ceiling frescoes, 3 bedrooms (two of them with ceiling frescoes), 2 bathrooms and a well-equipped kitchen.
From the roof terrace you have a wide view over the landscape from the mountains to the sea. The roof terrace is furnished with table, chairs, deck chair an umbrella.
WiFi, satellite TV and air conditioning in all bedrooms included.

As of summer 2022, our completely renovated and restored vacation apartment in Palazzo Fassitelli is available again. During the renovation work, the existing frescoes ( from the 17th century) were expertly restored and new frescoes were discovered, which we decided to keep.

The living room, has stylish with taste and decor, in addition to a large dining table for eight people and a fireplace, a piano for your musical pleasure

The room frescoed with pretty cherubs has a large double bed ( 160 cm X 200 cm). An extra bed can be added in this room.

In this bedroom there is a large double bed. ( 160 cm X 200 cm). An extra bed can be added in this room.
The "small" room
The smallest of the bedrooms has a double bed, with space for two people, measuring 140 cm x 200 cm.

The Marche region
The small village of Cossignano is located in the heart of the province of Ascoli Piceno: a perfect starting point to explore the Marche region.
In Cossignano you will enjoy a memorable and fun vacation.
The best places for relaxing by the sea are the sandy beaches of Grottammare, San Benedetto del Tronto (also known as `Palm Riviera’) and Cupra. They are only 15 km (20 minutes by car) away.
Hike the beautiful National Park of the Sibillini Mountains or in the National Park del Gran Sasso e Monti della Laga. Both parks are within 45- 60 minutes drive by car (about 50 km – 30 miles).
