Our prices are inclusive of VAT and per apartment. Per extra bed (max. 2 children) we charge 15 € extra per day.

Our newly renovated vacation apartment is equipped with everything you need for a comfortable and relaxing vacation.
Parking
You can park your car in the parking spaces on the street.
Pets are not allowed
For hygienic reasons pets are not allowed in our vacation apartment

The entire aparment has free WiFi.
Washing machine
A washing machine is located in the room near the kitchen.
Satellite TV and CD-Player
You can use the satellite TV ( 40 Zoll- 40 Inch) and the CD-player which are in the living room.
Piano
If you can play the piano, you are welcome to use the piano in the living room.

Booking terms
Sometimes unforeseen circumstances occur, that makes a vacation impossible. We will accommodate you and accept your cancellation free of charge if it is made up to three months before arrival.
Deposit
A deposit of 30% of the total price is due upon booking.
Cancellation

up to 3 months before the arrival date full deposit refund
- up to 1 month before the day of arrival 40% cancellation fee from the total price
- up to 1 week before the day of arrival 70 % cancellation fee from the total price
- From 48 hours days before the arrival day or in case of early departure 90 % cancellation fee from the total price.

Our elegant apartment in Palazzo Fassitelli is located in the ancient village of Cossignano, in the heart of the Marche region. At 120 m², the beautiful vacation apartment offers enough space for six (up to a maximum of eight) people.
